About

I'm César Ramos.
I share wellness that fits real life.

I've spent years obsessed with one simple thing: how to eat better without losing your mind reading labels at 9 PM in the grocery aisle.

I tested hundreds of products. Got plenty wrong. Found the ones worth keeping. My job is to make this easier for you — what's actually worth buying, what to skip, and why. No guilt. No extremes. No perfection.

  • Eating clean without the obsession
  • Clean, anti-inflammatory ingredients
  • Balanced living, not extreme dieting
  • Smarter grocery shopping

I've been using César's recommendations on Instagram for months. Honestly, it completely changed the way I shop for food.
Camila Z.
I've been friends with César for years and I literally still text him photos of labels from the grocery store. He has an unreal eye for clean ingredients.
Aura G.
What I love most is that he never makes it complicated. I learned to eat so much better without feeling like I was on some extreme diet.

Why I built this

The guide I wish I had
when I started.

When I started eating better, I'd spend 40 minutes in each aisle reading labels. Buying things that said "natural" but had 17 ingredients I couldn't pronounce. Paying extra for marketing.

This guide is exactly what would have saved me from all of that.

It's not a diet. It's not a miracle.
It's a map. The map I never had.

— César

Honest questions

What everyone
wonders first.

Answered the way a friend would answer — not a sales page.

01 Is this a diet or a meal plan?

No. It's not a diet, it's not a strict plan, and I won't tell you how many calories to eat. It's a guide for what to buy at the store, so what ends up in your kitchen is already on the right side. No weird rules. No guilt.

02 Does it work if I don't live in the US?

The Walmart Guide is US-focused because that's where the specific brands and products I review live. If you're outside the US, the label-reading framework, ingredients to avoid, and evaluation system still apply — just the products change. More chains coming soon.

03 Do I have to buy everything organic?

No. Eating better isn't about paying more for the green sticker. The guide tells you when organic is worth it and when it's marketing. Most of the time, you don't need it.

04 Does it work if I'm vegetarian, vegan, or have food intolerances?

Yes. The guide covers animal proteins and plant-based options with clean ingredients. I also flag gluten-free, dairy-free, and no-added-sugar items where it makes sense. What I won't do is pretend we all eat the same way.

05 When and how do I get the PDF?

You get the PDF the moment you check out, in your inbox. It works on phone, tablet, and laptop. Download it, save it offline, or keep it open while you shop.
