We want every person who buys a guide to feel good about their decision. That's why we lay out, in plain language, how refunds work for our digital products.
1. Nature of the product
The guides we sell at cesarramos18.com are downloadable digital products (PDFs). Because of their nature, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense once downloaded or accessed.
2. When a refund applies
We accept full refund requests in the following cases:
- Technical issue: the file was not delivered or cannot be downloaded after several reasonable attempts.
- Duplicate or accidental charge: you made the same purchase twice by mistake.
- Unauthorized charge: you notice a charge you don't recognize (in this case, contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank).
3. When a refund does not apply
- When the product was delivered correctly and you simply changed your mind after downloading it.
- When the request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
- When there is evidence of misuse, redistribution, or attempted resale of the content.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at hello@cesarramos18.com with the following information:
- Your name and the email used at checkout.
- Approximate purchase date and the product name.
- Reason for the refund (the more specific, the faster we can solve it).
5. Response time
We respond to each request within 3 to 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed by Square to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
6. Commitment
If you give the guide an honest try and it still isn't what you expected, reach out. We'd rather talk it through than lose someone over a bad experience. This brand is built on trust, not fine print.
